Ted Nussbaum

Owner/Pharmacist

Ted is a 1994 graduate of The Ohio State University School of Pharmacy. He has over 25 years of experience in retail/community pharmacy as well as long-term care pharmacy. He and Deana have been married for more than 25 years and have 4 children. Ted has lived in the Charleston area for many years. When he is not working to provide the best pharmaceutical care to his community, Ted enjoys sports, boating, and spending time with his family. Ted believes that our community should choose Berkeley Home Pharmacy, a hometown independent pharmacy. We provide a higher level of personalized customer service that the big chains do not. Since the owner is a pharmacist, you are guaranteed a great experience. Everyone is important and each customer receives individual attention.

Joe Glauser

Operations Manager/Pharmacy Technician

Joe Glauser is a 2015 graduate of Berkeley High School. In college, Joe played Baseball for USC Lancaster. After transferring back home, he earned his bachelor's in business administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Charleston Southern University. When not working at BHP, Joe loves spending time with his wife Elizabeth and their son, Luke. He enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, watching the South Carolina Gamecocks, and trying a variety of craft beers with his father-in-law (and boss) Ted.

Samantha Chubb

Pharmacist

Sam is a Summerville native and a 2012 graduate of Northwood Academy. She attended the University of South Carolina Aiken where she played collegiate softball and earned her undergraduate degree in 2016. In June 2021, she graduated from South University in Savannah, GA with her PharmD. Sam has multiple years of experience in community pharmacy as a technician, intern, and now pharmacist. After working at BHP as an intern, she knew that this was where she wanted to stay. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, sports, and being outdoors.

Noah Nussbaum

Pharmacy Intern

Noah is a 2019 graduate of Berkeley High School. He completed his prerequisite courses at Charleston Southern University and is currently studying at The Medical University of South Carolina to become a Pharmacist. In addition to working at Berkeley Home Pharmacy, Noah also worked as a as a Hospital Pharmacy Technician for a year and a half. He finds that having experience in both sides of Pharmacy will better prepare him to work as a community Pharmacist and provide the best level of care to his patients. When not working at BHP, Noah enjoys doing anything that involves being outdoors. He loves boating, hiking, surfing, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.

Hannah Nussbaum

Pharmacy Technician/Registered Nurse

Hannah is a 2018 graduate of Berkeley High School. She has been working as a tech well before that. This is how she gained her passion for healthcare. Hannah recently graduated from Trident Technical College's Nursing Program in December of 2022. When not working at the pharmacy, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her golden retriever, Woody. She enjoys boating and relaxing on the river during the summer months. Hannah is very caring and strives to make sure that all patients have a positive experience when they come to BHP.

Lori Rodgers

Pharmacy Technician

Lori graduated from Andrews High School in 2001.  When she moved to Berkeley County, she became a pharmacy technician and loved it.  She attends Bonneau Pentecostal Holiness Church.  When not working at BHP, Lori enjoys spending time with family and friends.  She also likes reading, working outside in the garden, and relaxing in the sun on the lake.

Deana Nussbaum

Pharmacy Technician

Deana graduated from Kent State University in 1993 with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Business in Office Technology. Deana has worked as an administrative assistant and office manager for many years. Deana’s role at BHP is to assist with management and coordination of volunteer, charity, and sponsorship activities. When not working, Deana enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her grandson, boating on the Cooper River, taking trips to the beach, and supporting Berkeley High School Sports.
